Charlie is a MS in Sustainability candidate in the Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning Department at Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts. His research interests involve applying GIS, sustainability metrics and M&E methodologies towards water resource management in the Americas. He is also passionate about bridging the gaps between local and international development agendas, particularly as they relate to refugees, indigenous rights and environmental issues. Charlie brings a compassionate and critical lens to his work, with considerable experience working and living in multicultural spaces in Latin America and the U.S.
